The hotel was wonderful, and clean, and the location was particularly good and ideal to the Terminus Panama bus station. I had awesome food for breakfast with different options...

reasonably large hotel with a very clean pool and a good location near the hockey rink. i had a fully renovated and neat room complete with central heating, a flat-screen tv and coffee/tea makers. pretty friendly and very courteous staff, they had a shuttle to public bus terminal.

The room was clean, and the staff were polite and friendly. The breakfast was satisfactory, although the pancake machine was unexpectedly out of order. Unfortunately, entering and exiting the hotel proved difficult due to tricky traffic conditions. One of our family members experienced a bed bug bite which left us feeling disappointed, particularly with the manager's delayed response to our issue.

I had a relaxing stay. The rooms were beautifully decorated and updated, it was clean and reasonably large venue. The staff were accommodating and provided a good service. The food was decent, with lots of options.

great stay but some improvements needed

The Queen Room was nicely maintained, providing ample comfort for both of us. The staff clearly was superb. They managed to keep everything running smoothly during peak breakfast hours. I particularly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the well-appointed furnishings. It felt cute! Lastly, the cleanliness was commendable throughout our stay.

The shower head was broken, made for an underwhelming shower experience.

I loved my recent stay, especially enjoying the comfortable bed and the nice pool area to unwind. The exercise room was a great bonus too! The check-in could use a little more attention, but overall, it was a delightful experience. 😊
