The room was clean, and the staff were incredibly polite and friendly, making our family stay enjoyable. The breakfast was satisfactory, although the pancake machine was unexpectedly out of order. Unfortunately, entering and exiting the hotel proved difficult due to tricky traffic conditions. One of our family members experienced a bed bug bite during our stay which left us feeling disappointed, particularly with the manager's delayed response to our issue.

Good or Bad?
Clean, well-maintained hotel! Breakfast was surprisingly hearty with a nice variety. Perfect location for easy access to Montreal.
The lack of attention to noise control was disappointing! The breakfast area felt overcrowded during peak hours.

great stay but some improvements needed
The Queen Room was nicely maintained, providing ample comfort for both of us. The staff clearly exceeded expectations. they managed to keep everything running smoothly during peak breakfast hours. I particularly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the well-appointed furnishings. It felt welcoming! Lastly, the cleanliness was commendable throughout our stay.
However, the shower head was broken, which made for an underwhelming shower experience.

Families will appreciate it
The hot breakfast was amazing had a great selection even had bacon and waffles, the kids loved it. Room was clean and we had a ground floor room with direct access to our car, very convenient for my elderly parents.
A bit pricey but still acceptable for what you get.

The stay was overall pleasant, especially with the friendly staff who were attentive and helpful throughout our visit. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions, making it easy to get around. However, the limited access to the laundry room until 10 PM was a downside for late returns. Additionally, I would have appreciated extended hours for the pool, as my kids really wanted to take a swim but never got the chance during our stay.

Comfortable space with a cozy atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a long journey. The location provides convenient access to nearby attractions, making it easy to explore the area.
Arriving early posed a problem as checking in without an extra fee wasn't allowed, which felt unreasonable given the circumstances. The elevator situation is a notable downside, handling 112 rooms and clean staff with only one lift, leading to inconvenience for guests, particularly during busy hours. The key card to our room didn't work upon arrival, necessitating an extra trip to the front desk. Breakfast service was chaotic. a single four-slice toaster for the entire hotel created lengthy wait times, and a maid entered our room too early despite the Do Not Disturb sign. While our room was generally decent, the unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke lingered despite the no-smoking policy, which detracted from the overall experience.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was super comfortable and clean. Plenty of space for us, and the beds were really comfy too. Nice bathroom, all well maintained. Air conditioning worked great, though it took us a minute to figure out the controls. Breakfast had a good variety, just wish the pancake machine was working! Overall, a pleasant stay for sure.
